Terms
Terms (US customers)
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Draft, not final. US terms haven’t been written yet. Until they are, our main terms apply: read the terms. Every project is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
What a US lawyer must review before US terms are published
- Governing law and where disputes are handled, for a business based outside the United States selling to US funeral homes.
- Sales tax and whether selling websites, care plans and printed items creates tax obligations in any state.
- Printed items: shipping, delivery, damage and returns for orders delivered to US addresses.
- Wording for the website score’s US rules checks, so findings aren’t taken as legal advice.
- Accessibility (ADA) wording in our offers, and any risk in saying a site “may not” meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Prices in US dollars, payment terms, and the care plan’s “cancel anytime, no contract” terms.
Not legal advice.
