What to do first
If the death was expected, call the doctor or nurse. If it was sudden, call 999. Then call us, day or night.

Ring 01632 960 734. We will arrange to bring your loved one into our care, whether they died at home, in hospital or in a care home.
Register the death
Usually within five days in England and Wales. We will explain what you need to take and who to call.
Meet us to arrange the funeral
At home, at our office, or by phone. There is no need to decide everything at once.
Receive a written estimate
We itemise every cost, including third-party fees, before anything is confirmed.
